Outdoor Nets

Nets have now finished for the season and will start again in April 2012. Thank you to all that attended in 2011!!!!

Subscriptions & Match Fees

Subscriptions and Match fees will be decided at this years AGM.

Player registration

You should be aware that junior and senior club members can play for only one club in the ECB pyramid structure. Once the season has started, any transfer to another club will need to be requested via the Assistant Secretary.

Scorers needed for 2012

Once again the club requires scorers for the coming season. Please see any committee member if you can help.

Colts' cricket

A list of Hunts County Youth League tables can be found at Hunts County Youth Leagues .

Clubmark Accreditation

Through lots of hard work over the past few years, St Ives CC has achieved and is maintaining Clubmark Accreditation. This confirms our commitment to being a safe, effective and child-friendly cricket club. The Clubmark logo is awarded by the ECB and Sport England and indicates that we have: a child welfare policy with appropriate personnel to deal with these issues, comprehensive insurance cover, trained coaches who can administer first-aid and an in-depth development plan covering all aspects of the club.

Insurance

The club has public liability insurance but this does not cover accidents to players. Please check your own policy.

CCA Website

You can go to our Links page and log on to the new CCA website at www.cambsca.co.uk. It will list fixtures, results, tables, umpire appointments and news as the season progresses. At the moment you'll be able to see the divisions in which we'll be competing and our opposition.

Nearly New Cricket Clothing & Equipment

Do you have any cricket clothing or equipment that's no longer of any use to you, but in good condition, that could be sold at Friday Junior nets? We're suggesting a 50/50 split of proceeds or any other donation to the club.

Or, are you just starting to play cricket and would be interested in buying some cheap equipment to start you off?

WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE MORE INVOLVED?

We are looking for junior coaches, junior team managers and anybody willing to commit time, dedication and effort to help run the club. If you feel you can contribute IN ANY WAY, please contact a committee member as soon as possible (see Contacts page).
